My Sick Little Boy

Okay so we are not off to a good start for a new week. My poor little man is having a relapse. Dylan has a horrible dry cough, running nose and he is hot one minute and not so hot the next minute. I just pray he sleeps good tonight. Rest my sweet child......

This stuff has become my new best friend for the past few weeks.

Short But Sweet

With just one day since Jeff had to work Sat. night and snow on the ground we took a "quick" trip to our Cabin. It was so relaxing. It was chilly so we had a fire all night long as we all cuddled up and watched some movies. The next morning the boys looked for deer-no luck though. We had a yummy breakfast and then went for a drive and found some snow hills.

Fun In The Snow

Part two of our overnight trip to the mountains. Just about 15 minutes north of our cabin is this awesome snow hill. We had such a blast snow tubing down the hills, throwing snow balls at each other goofing off and just being silly.

Jeff & I both forgot how much fun snow is but at the same time we also forgot it is work but fun work.We were sad to leave but such is life. It was fun while it lasted.

HOME MADE CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE SOUL

It's been a bit of a blah week.

* Work is SLOW for me

* Work is SLOW for Jeff

* Dylan & Jeff have been sick for the past 2 days (main reason for the chicken soup)

* Jeff's Grandmother has been diagnosed with a mass on her pancreas, we are still waiting for the test results to come back. We are praying everyday for her

*We planned on going up North to our cabin but with Jeff & Dylan sick -no way Jose

*I just can't seem to get motivated to walk daily- Missing my friend/neighbor who was my walking partner and good friend and moved. :(

*Burned out battling adult acne

** Hoping for a better next week.

OUR LITTLE ROCK STAR

Dylan just had Jeff & I cracking up. He came into the room and said "hey guys look at me I'm a rock star and I'm jammin". He is such a hoot and yes those are Mommy's boots....... The creative minds little ones have.

MAKING ROOM FOR 2008

So this past week has been a little slow. I've had a stiff neck/pinched something for the last few days-blah. So with being blah I figured I would make room for 2008 in the file drawer. So today Dylan & I did a whole lotta shredding. One ? for everyone- where in the heck does all of our junk come from and how do we accumulate so freakin much??????????????

So while we were working hard I asked the same ? to my helper and just how cute is this: Dylan looks up and says " Silly Mom it comes in the mailbox everyday". He always finds a way to make me laugh. Kids are so dang cute and precious!
